  • What is included in your Full Construction Drawings?

    Plans, Elevations, Details & Notes.

  • What is a Concept Plan?

    Plans without dimensions & the Front Elevation.

  • Will my project be too large or too small for you? What size of projects do you design?

    From as small as 500 Sq Ft to as large as 6,000 Sq Ft.

  • Will you help me find a contractor to build the project?

    I would contact Home Advisor, or Thumbtack.

  • What sort of costs will there be on my project and what will it cost to build?

    The drawing cost are $.40 per Sq Ft up to 3,000 Sq Ft & $.30 beyond that. Building cost to be provided by the contractor.
